Although "school is out" for all of us right now, during non-pandemic times, seminars are facilitated by Penny Aviotti, also known as “Ms. Corporate Manners,” a certified Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Trainer by The Protocol School of Washington, the only-accredited protocol and etiquette school in the nation that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
