Ms. Corporate Manners was established in 2012 to provide consultation services and seminars for people and organizations who want to improve professional soft skills. Understanding of your own and other people’s hidden rules and fundamental etiquette and communication skills give people the confidence to deal with situations that may be out of their comfort zone, enhance their self-image, garner self-respect, gain a renewed appreciation of others, and minimize discourteous behavior.
